National Eat What You Want Day




You don't have to ask me twice! I'm jumping on this food train and going to be satisfying my sweet tooth all the way to chocolate heaven! (For those of you who don't already know that I am a chocoholic).

I am craving a nice googy chocolate brownie with fudge pieces scattered on top with some creamy cookies and cream flavoured ice cream! My salivary glands are already making me drool!


Moderation is key, but be a bit more giving and allow yourself to indulge in whatever sets your tastebuds dancing.


Why not try cooking or baking something new and share it with your family and friends. Or if you are alone - whoop whoop more leftovers for you!

A great way to brighten someone's day can be to create their favourite dish or surprise them with a food-filled goodie bag. Some of these can be sent to my address which is....Haha nah go on and enjoy the tastes and flavours of the wonderful foods around us.


While we are on the topic of food, there are many that go hungry daily. If you are able to, I urge you to share a food item with those in need.
