National Scream Day!

Let out a scream and don't hold back: Ahhhh!!!! Don't you feel so much better now? I can feel the easing of my tensions. This was extremely cathartic.😁

No, it's not a day to scream at your co-workers, your neighbour or anyone; no matter how much you might dislike them.

I never knew there was a day set aside for this! I can't be the only one that is a bit late to the scream therapy party? Who else has not heard of this?🙋‍♀️🙋‍♂️

Pardon the pun.😉 It was not even intentional!😅

Check out the official scream day website.

Browse the benefits of releasing a scream (in a safe way). Let out all your feelings of anger, frustration, grief and pain (physiologically and psychologically) and any other negative emotions.

I typically bottle everything up (figuratively), so having a scream every now and then proves to be an effective stress reliever. 😌

I know this scream doesn't have the magical ability to enable all my stress and stressors to be expelled from my life, (and because when people irritate you, sadly punching them is a no-no😅) it does serve as a temporary reprieve. The above is just a hyperbole to express how frustrated you can get when dealing with individuals and due to other stressors. I believe that any acts of violence is not constructive to solving problems. If you feel the urge to hit something - hit a punching bag.

Now it's your turn. Let one rip...a scream, not the other one!😂

Spare a few seconds to add your response to the poll. 👈
